Motion Recruitment is seeking a Research Associate III - Assay Development to join a biotech team in Oro Valley, AZ. This 24-month assignment focuses on lab research, development and manufacturing support for Ventana projects, with emphasis on design, execution and data interpretation of experiments.

The successful candidate will perform complex wet-lab work, generate technical reports, and ensure GMP/GLP-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant post‑college experience.
• Proficiency with wet laboratory techniques, literature search, and basic software tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision and data analysis.
• Prepare and present technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses; maintain records.
• Troubleshoot problems and institute corrective actions.
• Collaborate in a team and contribute to project planning with creative solutions.
• Assist in process improvement and identify potential patentable inventions.
• Train colleagues and ensure adherence to Quality First Time principles.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for complex problems.
