BEPC is seeking a Research Associate III – Assay Development to join our client’s Tucson, AZ site. The role supports R&D and manufacturing lab work, designing and executing experiments and interpreting results.

You will maintain compliant documentation, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute to project planning. The position requires a Life Sciences bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant post-college experience, with strong communication and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required.
• 4–6 years post-college lab experience.
• Proficient in wet lab techniques and GMP/GLP familiarity.
• Strong data interpretation and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
