Pay Rate:

$90,667.20 - $117,852.80 (Minimum to Midpoint)

Position Notes:

This is a remote position for incumbents residing in Florida only. Occasional on-site work may be required at Lee Health locations.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Epic CDM build and maintenance.
• Knowledge of internal financial systems and payer reimbursement regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel, including import templates, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and time management.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical skills for documentation, reporting, and system performance analysis.
• Recommend and implement technical solutions for planning and decision-making.
• Access various internal and government systems with high-level technical and analytical skills.

Additional Requirements:

• EPIC Resolute HB Admin certification is required.
• Responsible for chargemaster updates, including CPT and HCPCS updates.
• Understanding of payor reimbursement methodologies (DRG, CPT, OPPS, IPPS, IRF, APC, PDPM).
• Experience with Epic Charge Router.
• Design and maintain complex spreadsheets for reimbursement simulation.
• Collaborate with departments like Central Billing Office and Revenue Integrity.
