Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests following policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to meet patient needs.
• Participate in unit decision-making and safety programs, contributing to quality improvement.
