Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care using the nursing process with high-quality patient outcomes.
• Support team-based, patient-centered care and mentor new staff.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Precept and mentor new team members.
• Engage in evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
