Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and three years of prior-related work experience.
• Experience with accounting procedures and ledgers.
• Ability to review and analyze accounting data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare advanced income and expenditure statements and reports.
• Analyze data, reports and records; reconcile accounts and/or statements.
• Process invoices, vouchers, records, etc. as assigned.
• Prepare periodic and special reports of account status or analysis; reconcile funds.
• Review lower level accounting work assignments for accuracy and completeness.
• May supervise clerks and accountants.
• Collaborate with departments across the College to support financial operations and ensure compliance.
