Job summary

MyCare Medical in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the primary clinical provider for our patients in a high-quality, budget-conscious primary care practice. This outpatient role emphasizes continuity of care and prevention within a dyad-led team, with Monday–Friday 8am–5pm scheduling and optional on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in state of practice or ability to obtain.
• Two years of NP/PA experience preferred.
• Certification in adult medicine by AANP/ANCC or PA cert.
• DEA and CDS licensure if required.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% outpatient primary care.
• On-call as needed; 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
• Use eCW and related programs to support care.
• Focus on continuity of care, prevention, and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

MyCare Medical is actively seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is the primary clinical provider for MyCare patients. Join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We are a medical practice specializing in primary care. We deliver the highest quality care to our patients at the lowest costs available to them. Our company is physician-founded, and dyad-led. We’ve created a structural support system to ensure that our providers can focus solely on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
• Rotating and flexible on-call schedule.
• We use eClinical Works (eCW), along with partnering programs to ensure ease of use for our patients and practices.
• We focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, working alongside patients and their families to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage a population with multiple comorbidities.
• Integrated team-based care: Working as a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes by meeting their needs and preferences.
• Prioritizing preventative care and proactive management of chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes, decrease patient’s costs, and increase revenue for the practice.
• Providers must be comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population.

Qualifications

• Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
• Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) program, focusing on adult medicine
• Certification through an accredited PA certification program focusing on adult medicine
• Currently licensed as an Acute, Adult/Gerontological or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment
• Ideal Candidate, with a minimum of two years of experience as Nurse Practitioner
• Holds or is eligible for DEA licensure and CDS licensure (if required in the state of practice)
• Up-to-date CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• 2 years of experience of Medical Advantage, HEIDS, MRA and ICD-10 Coding
• Comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve complex and multifaceted situations

Pay range and compensation package

Competitive Salary + Annual Quality Bonus – Our base salary range for this position is $130,000 -$140,000 based on experience. With our annual performance bonus, you can earn up to 15% of your base salary.
