Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking enthusiastic individuals to lead on-site Pickleball instruction for adults and youth. You’ll run warmups, games, and activities, delivering a fun, safe learning experience in a welcoming community.

Minimum age 16 with proven Pickleball coaching ability; morning, evening, or weekend availability is required. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to grow with a respected nonprofit focused on strengthening the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Experience instructing Pickleball.
• Ability to maintain focus during activities.
• Mornings, evenings or weekends required.

Responsabilités

• Run on-site instruction for adult & youth sports programming including stretch & warmup, activities, & games for respective sport.
• Teach age-appropriate skills following YMCA curriculum for respective sport.
• Provide a safe & clean environment that allows members and participants to learn YMCA programs.
• Lead classes with positivity & enthusiasm.
• Provide excellent service to members and participants.

What is needed for this job:

• Minimum 16 years of age
• Excellent knowledge and experience of instructing in the program area - Pickleball!
• Ability to perform activities which require sustained concentration and attention
• Mornings, nights, and/or weekend availability
