Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Three years minimum relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass a BCI/FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to individual clients or groups.
• Assist with problem solving and navigation of services for clients and families.
• Coordinate services with other providers.
• Participate with interdisciplinary treatment team and complete documentation according to Ravenwood Health policies and regulatory requirements.
