Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated RBT for a home-based case in Sullivan, with Monday–Friday evenings from 4 to 6 pm. The role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision, and supports progress tracking, data collection, and family communication.

Qualifications include an RBT certification preferred, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and at least two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in their home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
