Job summary

Ravenwood Health is hiring Full Time Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist (TBS) - Adult due to program expansion and our merger. Open positions are available in ACE, Crisis Support, Child and Family, and Mental Health and Substance Abuse.

Responsibilities include case management, coordinating services, and contributing to an interdisciplinary team; timely documentation per Ravenwood Health policies and external standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Three years minimum relevant work experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Providing case management services to individual clients or groups.
• Problem solving and navigation of services with clients and their families.
• Coordinating services with other providers.
• Participating with other clinical staff as a member of our interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Complete all documentation in a timely manner according to Ravenwood Health policies and external standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field

Three years minimum relevant work experience
