Adult Territory Sales Specialist - Hartford, CT

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan for your geographical area to target, penetrate, and build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Call on healthcare professionals across multiple medical subspecialties, including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
  • Manage relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement, leveraging modern communication methods to maximize efficiency.
  • Call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
  • Use data sources to optimize strategies and focus on opportunities with the highest ROI.
  • Achieve or surpass sales and profit goals.
  • Manage and track territory-specific information using a CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven success in growing sales and managing your own territory, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding of clinical information, and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and virtual engagement capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Veeva.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through.
