Job summary

Burger King in Independence, IA is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional guest service, take orders, process payments, and help maintain cleanliness and safety on shift.

Training provided; you will work at multiple stations, including dining area and prep, with scheduling 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.; offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and 401k participation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least seventeen (17) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.

Job description

The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
