Job summary

Quest, Inc. is seeking a full-time driver to transport program participants to training centers and community activities in Florida. The role involves administering medications, supporting skill development, and encouraging engagement in a range of daily activities.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, be 18+, hold a valid Florida driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in stressful situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be 18+ with valid FL driver's license.
• Read, write and comprehend English with ability to communicate during crises.
• Experience with basic office equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with mobility equipment preferred (Hoyer lift, van lift).

Responsibilities

• Drive large capacity vehicles to transport participants to training and community outings.
• Administer prescribed medications and coordinate with pharmacy as needed.
• Facilitate skill development programs and document progress.
• Encourage participation in activities and community events.
• Assist with paid vocational training contracts and quality assurance tasks.
• Provide personal care and support for activities of daily living.
• Maintain safe and clean facility environment and report hazards.
• Be available to work during inclement weather, including hurricane scenarios.
