Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified Site Physician to join our team in Bronx, New York.

You will provide comprehensive medical care to patients at a Community Health/Day Treatment Center, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and a focus on frail and elderly populations. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current New York State medical license and DEA license.
• Geriatric medicine certification, fellowship, or experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience caring for frail or elderly patients preferred.
• Home-care experience preferred; must be willing to provide home-care services.
• Current CAQH profile.
• Active Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs.

Requirements:
