• Provides technology and computer help to patrons, including expert-level assistance with digital collection platforms.
• Develops innovative approaches for library programs and services in collaboration with the Adult Services team.
• Assists with circulation desk as needed.
• Engages in outreach activities to local schools and community organizations.
• Keeps up with library trends and best practices to guide daily work.
