Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited college or university.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Wisconsin and board certification in Psychiatry.
• Strong diagnostic and assessment skills with DSM-5 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various mental health conditions in adults.
• Conduct history and physical assessments and follow-up appointments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes.
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitor effectiveness and side effects.
• Educate patients on medication management, adherence, and long-term impacts.
• Respond to acute psychiatric crises with appropriate intervention.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and supervision.
• Maintain patient-centered care with empathetic, supportive environment.
