MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is seeking psychiatrists for inpatient positions in Wisconsin, with flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements. The role involves direct patient care, inpatient treatment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across multiple program sites.

Qualified physicians will have a medical degree (MD/DO), board certification or eligibility within 3 years, and completed residency in psychiatry.

Qualifications

• Board certification status expected (board certified or eligible within 3 years).
• Residency in psychiatry completed.
• Ability to prescribe medications for physical and psychiatric disorders.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Administers direct patient care including initial psychiatric evaluations and treatment at multiple program sites.
• Reviews medical history, orders labs, and reviews results.
• Provide inpatient treatment to adults and adolescents with a comprehensive treatment team.
• Conducts medical examinations for medication monitoring.
• Provides psychiatric services, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Performs related duties and prepares patient documentation.
