Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, through High Focus Centers in Pottstown, PA, is hiring a Full-Time Mental Health Therapist for our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. You will facilitate therapeutic groups for adults, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support clients' recovery and emotional well-being.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, in-person; compensation $53,000–$55,000 per year based on experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
• Previous counseling or therapy experience required.
• Experience in mental health, behavioral healthcare, or PHP/IOP settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions within the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program.
• Provide clinically appropriate psychoeducation and group interventions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support client care and treatment planning.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical team meetings as needed.
• Provide additional clinical support to the Adult PHP program as assigned.
