Scharp is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Adult Full-Service Partnership Intensive Case Management (FSP-ICM) team in Los Angeles County. Qualifications

• Requires Master’s in Social Work or related field; California licensure preferred or eligibility for licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• QMHP qualification by the Department of Mental Health is required for this role.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience delivering specialty mental health field-based services to adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly formal administrative supervision to assigned staff and lead weekly team meetings.
• Review and countersign progress notes to ensure DMH standards and agency policies are met.
• Ensure staff meet productivity targets and complete all service documents per DMH and policy standards.
• Oversee referrals, outreach, and engagement to ensure timely enrollment and continuity of care.
• Coordinate continuity of care across hospital, shelter, and community settings and liaise with partners to support integrated care.
