Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. in Jenkintown, PA is seeking an Adult IOP Therapist to join the High Focus Centers outpatient team. You will lead IOP group therapy, provide individual support, and perform clinical assessments to help adults achieve recovery and long-term wellness.

The role is daytime, in-person with a salary of $53,000–$55,000 per year, commensurate with credentials. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to compassionate behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in adult behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred.
• Experience with IOP, PHP, or residential levels of care is a plus.
• Strong clinical documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions.
• Provide individual therapy sessions and clinical support as appropriate.
• Conduct level-of-care assessments and clinical intakes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in insurance reviews.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to review progress and coordinate care.
• Support transitions between levels of care, including discharge planning.
• Assist with program initiatives and other clinical responsibilities as needed.
