Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Adolescent IOP Therapist for its High Focus Centers in Jenkintown, PA. You will deliver adolescent-focused outpatient therapy within the Adolescent IOP, including group sessions and family engagement.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology, with preferred experience in adolescent behavioral health. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and flexible Friday daytime hours, in-person, with compensation of

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology with clinical internship.
• Experience working with adolescents in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience facilitating group therapy and engaging families in treatment.
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) group therapy sessions.
• Provide family engagement and support, including family sessions when clinically appropriate.
• Conduct level-of-care assessments and clinical intakes in alignment with program standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including insurance authorization reviews.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care.
• Support adolescents transitioning between levels of care, including discharge and step-down planning.
• Assist with program initiatives and other clinical responsibilities as needed.
