Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Therapist for adults and adolescents at High Focus Centers. The role involves individual therapy, facilitating group sessions, and LOCAs in an outpatient setting with daytime and evening shifts.

Experience with behavioral health and co-occurring disorders is valued. Completion of a Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with strong clinical judgment, ethics, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing or related field.
• Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in behavioral healthcare.
• Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adolescent and adult clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions within the outpatient program.
• Conduct LOCAs and document clinical findings per program standards.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with licensure and requirements.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team for coordinated care.
• Participate in clinical supervision and case discussions.
