Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to lead Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups in Center City Philadelphia. This role focuses on adults and adolescents with mental health and co-occurring disorders, delivering assessments and individualized treatment plans in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities include group facilitation, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, with a clinical-based internship completed.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity of care
• Communicate and coordinate treatment with referral sources, families, and external providers as appropriate
• Maintain a minimum average of 25 billable sessions per week while meeting program needs
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities
• Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations

Outpatient Therapist – IOP

Location: High Focus Centers – Center City Philadelphia, PA

High Focus Centers has a longstanding reputation for providing high-quality outpatient treatment across southeastern Pennsylvania through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. Our individualized treatment plans make us an invaluable resource for adults and adolescents struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

We are currently seeking an Outpatient Therapist to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and provide exceptional care to our clients. Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

$53,000 – $57,000, dependent on experience, education, and licensure

Qualifications

Experience working in behavioral health, outpatient treatment, or group therapy settings is preferred. Experience with mental health and co-occurring disorders is strongly valued.
