Job summary

Three Rivers Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Unit Coordinator to help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients. You will observe patient behavior, document findings, and assist with admissions and room searches. You will orient patients and families to facility policies while helping run daily unit activities.

Role requires at least a high school diploma, with Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred. Prior MH T or unit clerk experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Psychology or related field.
• MHT experience at Three Rivers Behavioral for six months preferred.
• External candidates must have one year behavioral health experience and unit clerk experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document patient behavior and ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with admission of new patients and conduct room searches for safety.
• Orient patients and families to facility policies and assist with leading daily unit activities.
• Rotate across units as needed to meet staffing requirements and promote continuity of care.
