Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Adult Services provides programs and supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn, PA.

As a Clinician or Behavior Analyst you will provide supports to adult individuals living in Berwyn and surrounding residences in Delaware and Chester counties. Responsibilities include working with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports.

Qualifications

• Must have strong behavioral analysis skills and experience counseling adults with IDD.
• Must hold a Master’s degree in a related field and PA clinical licensure or eligibility.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports.
• Develop positive behavior support plans based on assessments.
• Conduct on-site direct observations and provide performance-based feedback to the team.
• Coordinate data collection and summarize data into graphed formats.
• Provide staff training and behavioral consultation; participate in special projects and research opportunities.
