Exeter Adult Education is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the instructor for our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training Program.
This is a part-time evening teaching position responsible for delivering a portion of the BACB-aligned 40-hour RBT training program to adult learners preparing for a career supporting students and individuals through behavior-analytic services.
Primary Responsibilities
The RBT Instructor will:
Required RBT Training Content
The instructor(s) will deliver the current BACB 2026 RBT 40-Hour Training Curriculum, including:
A. Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis � 2 hours
C. Data Collection and Graphing � 3 hours
D. Assisting with Behavior Assessments � 3 hours
F. Service Delivery Documentation and Reporting � 3 hours
G. Ethics and Professionalism � 5 hours
H. Next Steps in the Certification Process � 1 hour
The instructor will incorporate practical application, modeling, role-play, interactive activities, and opportunities for students to demonstrate understanding of RBT concepts and procedures.
