Job summary

Centro San Juan Diego in Denver seeks an Adult Education Specialist to plan, promote, coordinate and launch adult education classes and family services. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver on-site and online programs, support instructors and volunteers, manage registrations, materials, and events, and produce regular program reports.

You will work under the supervision of the Program Manager, promoting Catholic values and serving the Hispanic Catholic community with education

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate programs including ESL, AARP Tax-Aide, and Legal Night in Centro San Juan Diego/Online or other locations.
• Secure program resources: registrations, collect fees, track payments, prepare class materials and logistics.
• Shadow online classes and assist in hiring and selecting instructors & volunteers.
• Provide basic technical support to instructors and students for class access and attendance sheets.
• Evaluate programs and propose changes to improve quality and outcomes.
• Maintain program reports and compile correspondence and records as required.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager and collaborate with staff and volunteers.
