Job summary

Catholic Charities of Denver seeks an Adult Education Specialist to develop and oversee ESL and family services programs at Centro San Juan Diego and across the Archdiocese. You will plan, promote, coordinate, and launch classes, support students and instructors, manage registrations and class materials, and prepare program reports.

Working with the Program Manager, you will supervise volunteers, recruit teachers, and contribute to program evaluation and community outreach to advance education

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of ESL and family services programs at Centro San Juan Diego/Archdiocese
• Registration, materials prep, class logistics, and volunteer supervision
• Assist in hiring and selection of instructors and volunteers
• Provide basic technical support to instructors and students for online classes
• Program evaluation and reporting of activities and outcomes
• Coordinate events such as class graduation and community outreach programs
