Job summary

Catholic-Charities-Archdiocese-of-Denver, via Centro San Juan Diego, seeks an Adult Education Specialist to plan, promote, coordinate, and launch education and family services programs across the Archdiocese. Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate adult education programs and family services resources.
• Secure program resources: registrations, fee collection, materials, logistics, and volunteer supervision.
• Shadow online classes and support instructors & volunteers.
• Assist with hiring and selecting instructors and volunteers.
• Provide basic technical support to connect to classes and access attendance sheets and exams.
• Plan program evaluation and propose improvements for quality.
• Maintain program reports and organize correspondence and records.
• Attend staff meetings and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Work collaboratively in a team and support Centro San Juan Diego activities.
