Job summary

The Helms Academy program at Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia seeks a dedicated coordinator to lead operations for the high school diploma track. You will provide leadership, support, and a welcoming learning environment, while tracking student progress and ensuring data integrity.

You will administer assessments, monitor attendance, coordinate schedules, counsel students, and prepare reports. Occasional travel to Helms Academy sites in New Jersey and Philadelphia is required.

• Read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain student progress in GoodTraks and GradPoint; prepare reports.
• Monitor attendance and performance; coordinate schedules and provide counseling.
• Recruit and market Helms Academy to students; act as a liaison with teachers and administration.
• Travel to Helms Academy locations in New Jersey and Philadelphia as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of school records and data; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide an environment supportive of adult learners; mentor students and assist in developing action plans.
