Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a Full Time coordinator to lead The Helms Academy (High School Diploma) operations and provide leadership, support, and counseling to students. You will administer tests, monitor attendance, track progress, coordinate schedules, and travel to Helms Academy locations in New Jersey and Philadelphia.

The role requires data management in GoodTraks and GradPoint, reporting, and collaboration with teachers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Knowledge of local support social services.
• Ability to counsel and encourage students to overcome barriers.
• Thorough knowledge of adult education principles, supervision, curriculum development, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain data and progress of students in GoodTraks and GradPoint.
• Provide academic and social assistance to students.
• Prepare reports and present findings.
• Meet with students to review progress towards goals.
• Travel to Helms Academy locations as needed.
