Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, project management or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills.

• Multi-lingual ability is a plus and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs, events, professional development courses and seminars with instructors.
• Oversee HSE instructor performance, classroom teaching, and program reporting.
• Create schedules for registration, assessment, and enrollment; assist dean with operations.
• Hire and supervise HSE instructors; track certification requirements.
• Prepare payroll reporting and budget reports; manage supplies and purchasing; conduct data entry for reports.
• Teach or substitute teach as needed.
