Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors participant behaviors, safety and health per service plans.
• Instructs and supervises individuals in skill development.
• Assists individuals with personal hygiene and other skills.
• Transports individuals and operates a large van and lift equipment.
• Administers medications.
• Prepares progress notes and quarterly reports.
• Cleans and organizes facility spaces.
• Collaborates with staff and communicates with families.
