This position is under the direct supervision of the Adult Day Program Manager. In the absence of the Adult Day Program Manager; the immediate supervisor is the Community CEO (if applicable). The individual in this role will provide person-centered assistance and supervision to adults participating in an adult day care program. The aide supports daily living needs, personal care, mobility, meals, activities, safety, and social engagement while promoting each participant’s dignity, independence, comfort, and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
