ARC of the Treasure Coast is seeking a Day Program Assistant to join our Adult Day Training program. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities through engaging activities and daily care in a community setting.

Responsibilities include implementing IPPs, documenting progress, assisting with meals and personal hygiene, transporting participants, and coordinating with families and Residential Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license is required.
