HS Diploma/Associates: $18.00–$23.00/hr (based on education and experience)

Bachelor’s Degree: $18.50–$25.00/hr (based on education and experience)

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychiatric case management services to adults
• Deliver individual and group interventions
• Assist clients in developing communication, relationship, and coping skills
• Provide crisis management and support as needed
• Complete assessments and assist in developing service plans
• Link clients to community resources and services
• Advocate for clients and support access to needed services
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support
• Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards
• Participate in team meetings to support a collaborative care approach

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with adults, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs
• Experience with or understanding of:
  • Trauma‑informed care
  • Crisis intervention
  • Family systems approaches
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in community‑based settings
• Ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals
• Knowledge of or familiarity with community resources (Ashland County preferred)
• Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in case management or behavioral health
