Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related field.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum one year Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience; experience with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling across Pediatrics to Older Adults and their families.
• Provide case management and milieu management; complete psychosocial assessments; assist in Treatment Plan development and discharge planning.
• Complete documentation and maintain clinical records during length of stay.
