Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or equivalent licensure.
Current BLS certificate.
Minimum 1 year inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience.

Responsabilités

Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling for Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Older Adults and families; coordinate discharge planning.
Carry out case management and milieu management; complete psychosocial assessments and help develop/re-evaluate treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical records for each client during length of stay.
Collaborate with the team to ensure quality patient care and smooth transitions across services.
