Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related field.
• License required in applicable state at hire; otherwise current registration or licensure.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire.
• Minimum one year inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience; experience with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling across Pediatrics to Older Adults.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and assist in development and reevaluation of treatment plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical records.
