Job summary

MGID is seeking a Technical Account Manager (RTB) to join our Core team. You will drive technical integrations, provide ongoing support to DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and internal teams, and create detailed dashboards and reports.

You will work with SQL, MongoDB, and API technologies, coordinate with Engineering and Product Management, and troubleshoot ad display issues across desktop and web environments. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL syntax and MongoDB querying.
• Experience making GET and POST requests in production environments.
• Familiar with terminal/CLI tools and shell scripting.
• Comfortable working with data dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical support.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize integrations to meet KPIs.
• Investigate exchange integration issues and coordinate with Engineering and Product teams.
• Create SQL-based dashboards and complex reports for internal stakeholders.
• Prepare custom reporting API specifications for partners.
• Perform manual testing of new features and logic changes.
• Debug ad display issues on direct and external publishers’ sites across desktop/web.
• Adjust ad formats/styles to improve user experience and profitability.
• Communicate technical issues with partners and internal teams.
