Job summary

Amazon’s Advertising Technology team builds the infrastructure and ad serving systems to manage billions of advertising queries daily. APS unites publishers with advertisers across devices to monetize content efficiently.

As an APS SDE, you will design and build infrastructure and tools to deliver products and services at scale, using your experience with distributed systems, reliability, and web-based services. You will impact how Amazon Publisher Services delights customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• 1+ years of software development engineer experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the infrastructure and tools required to deliver our products and services.
• Architect, design, and build reliable, scalable distributed systems and web services.
• Contribute to the ADS Tech stack and data/control flows to enhance publisher experiences.
