Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a BPO Lead to design and scale outsourced operating models for Ads across North America and globally. You will build governance, performance frameworks, capacity plans, and QA programs to drive advertiser growth, forecast accuracy, and seller productivity in a fast-moving environment.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Enablement, and external BPO leadership to create scalable systems, measure performance, and surface risks early while shaping

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor or outsourced sales operations with revenue impact.
• Experience in ads, advertiser growth, or SMB sales motion.
• Ability to design governance, scorecards, and QA for partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale BPO operating models, governance, and performance frameworks.
• Drive revenue, pipeline, activation, retention, and seller productivity.
• Lead business reviews and executive governance with partners and internal teams.
• Develop forecasts, inspection mechanisms, and escalation processes.
• Improve sales quality with playbooks, QA, coaching, and analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Product, Finance, Enablement, and PM.
