Job summary

Meta's Technical Program Management (TPM) team drives the execution of our most complex programs. As Technical Program Manager - Core Ads Growth in Bellevue, you will own end-to-end delivery of portfolio-defining initiatives and partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to bring clarity to ambiguous problems.

You will translate long-term strategy into structured plans, identify risks early, and help leaders move critical initiatives forward at scale through effective program structures

Responsibilities

• Partner with organizational leaders to define and drive technical strategy, program vision, and multi-year roadmaps for portfolio-defining initiatives spanning multiple engineering organizations
• Establish effective and scalable program structures for highly complex, cross-organizational programs, including defining success metrics, managing dependencies, and driving long-term efficiency improvements
• Identify and proactively resolve systemic technical risks and opportunities across the program portfolio, anticipating issues before they impact delivery and instituting structural changes to prevent recurrence
• Translate ambiguous technical challenges into clearly scoped program plans with measurable milestones, surfacing critical trade-offs and aligning stakeholders on prioritization
• Drive cross-organizational alignment by building relationships with directors and resolving commitment gaps and conflicting priorities across teams and functions
• Produce communications that bring new levels of clarity to technically complex topics, serving as durable reference points for organizational decision-making at all levels including executive leadership
