Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available ad-serving systems capable of handling large-scale traffic with low latency.
• Develop and optimize delivery strategies for ad placements to maximize monetization efficiency.
• Improve core algorithms for recall, ranking, bidding, and traffic allocation.
• Leverage large-scale ad data to build monitoring tools for campaigns and performance.
• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to drive engineering efforts and introduce new technologies.
