TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is expanding its Pangle team in the U.S. market and building advertising platforms from the ground up. The role focuses on large-scale systems, optimization, and machine learning to improve monetization and ad ROI.

The team develops and optimizes bidding strategies, CTR/CVR models, and real-time prediction systems, driving measurable results for app partners worldwide. On-site collaboration is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 3+ years building scalable ML systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals and problem solving.
• Solid ML algorithm knowledge including deep learning and ranking models.
• Experience leading ML projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize bidding algorithms and strategies across Pangle's ad delivery systems.
• Improve performance of large-scale, online-learning–based deep models for real-time advertising.
• Apply advanced modeling techniques to enhance attribution accuracy and delivery quality.
• Design, build, and iterate on core ad prediction models such as CTR and CVR.
