Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical disciplines.
• 1+ years of experience with large-scale backend systems and data pipelines.
• Strong CS fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, software design.
• Strong programming in C++ or Go; debugging and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available ad-serving systems for large-scale traffic with low latency.
• Develop and optimize delivery strategies for ad placements to maximize monetization efficiency.
• Improve core algorithms across recall, ranking, bidding, and traffic allocation.
• Leverage advertising data to enhance monitoring systems and analytics tools for campaigns.
• Communicate cross-functionally to drive engineering efforts and lead innovation.
