Job summary

Champaign Residential Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist, support, train and supervise individuals in either a work environment or a day service program. Services may be delivered in a structured setting or in the community according to consumer needs.

This role offers part-time daytime hours with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. The company provides paid training, mileage reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and bonus opportunities including sign-on and referrals.

What does an ADS DSP do at CRSI?

Assist, support, train and supervise individuals in either a work environment or a day service program environment. Services may be delivered within a structural setting and/or out in the community based upon consumer desires and programming opportunities. DSP’s are expected to assist individuals to learn new skills and work towards maintaining existing skills as well as assisting the individual to choose and engage in activities of the day.
