Job summary

Info Origin Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks an experienced Dayforce Platform SME or ADP Workforce Now SME to configure and maintain HR, benefits, payroll and related plans, ensuring accurate data exchange with internal systems and vendors.

The role covers system configuration, file feed setup, data mapping and testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and external vendors to support compliant, scalable HRIS solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as Dayforce Platform SME or ADP Workforce Now SME.
• Experience with plan configuration and plan build within Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience configuring and maintaining file feeds and data integrations.
• Knowledge of 834 EDI, CSV, and other structured data files.

• Perform data mapping, validation, and testing to ensure accurate file transmission and system integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plan configuration, data, file feed, and integration issues.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors to support system functionality and data requirements.
• Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and validation for new configurations and file feeds.
• Support ongoing system enhancements, configuration changes, and process improvements.
• Ensure configurations and data exchanges align with business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation for plan configurations, file specifications, mappings, processes, and issue resolutions.
• Provide functional support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.

Job Description

The Client is seeking an experiencedDayforce Platform SME or ADP Workforce Now SME with strong expertise inplan configuration, plan build, and file feed integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining HR, benefits, payroll, and related plans while ensuring accurate and efficient data exchange between the HR platform and internal or external systems and vendors.

This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for either theCeridian Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now platform, supporting system configuration, file feed setup, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing optimization.

Key Responsibilities
