Responsibilities

• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to manage benefits plans and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions.
• Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
